THINK YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

TYPES OF WOMEN WE PREFER

We feature beautiful women of All colors and complexions - light, caramel, brown, olive, white, tan, and dark skin. We prefer models who are somewhere between 32B-24-34 up to 34DD-29-50. These models are the most popular with our customers and it would benefit you to concentrate on models who fit this criteria. We do shoot BBW’s. (Big Beautiful Women) who are women usually over 200lbs. So do not be afraid to apply.

CLOSE BUT DON'T FALL WITHIN THE MEASUREMENTS...

Apply anyway!  you never know.  The measurements above are simply what we have found meet the majority of our clients needs.  Measurements are not everything!  If you have that "look" or that special talent, then that can compensate for the sizes!  What do you have to lose?

FORMAT REQUIREMENTS

Digital: Photographers who shoot layouts exclusively or non-exclusively for us must submit all photos in a digital format. Preferred photo size is 1280 x 960 or 2048 x 1536 in the JPEG format (uncompressed), however, we will accept larger file sizes since we do have software to edit and compress an entire batch. Photos should be saved using the JPEG format on a regular computer CD or Iomega Zip Disk.

There are several advantages to using digital cameras.

TYPES OF CAMERAS

There are many different cameras on the market. Since we strictly use digital ourselves, that's what I'll talk about. There are several advantages to using digital cameras.

#1 Lower Cost: If you are shooting exclusively for us you will have a much lower cost since there will be no film to develop. Of course it's to your advantage to have a computer, so you can save the photos to CD or Zip, however, there are many photography stores that will transfer directly from your Memory Card.

#2 Faster Shooting: Taking 200 Photos of a model is a breeze with a digital camera. It's so easy, especially since you can see the results immediately right on the camera. The key of course is to have a Memory Card with at least 128MB. With the camera resolution set at 640 x 480 you can take about 300 photos.

#3 Models Look Better: If you shoot on the lower resolution 640 x 480 minor skin flaws on the model such as stretch marks and blemishes will almost disappear. It's actually one of the best benefits since a lot of amateur models don't have perfect skin.

role play - have some fun with the camera.

TYPES OF LAYOUTS

Some of the photographers who work with us will be amateurs, others will be semi-professional or professionals. We wrote this for the amateurs, but everyone please read it.

A. Indoors: Make sure the house or apartment is clean. There’s nothing worse than having to reject photos due to a dirty background. Photos in the bedroom (please iron those sheets), kitchen, living room, bathroom (clean tub and no mildew stains), on the stairs, etc. are good. Pretty much anywhere in a home or apartment is fine. For those with access to a home pool or Jacuzzi, these make for some great locations. And don’t forget hotels. Some have some pretty nice bedroom layouts and bathrooms with Jacuzzis.

B. Outdoors: Any location is fine, especially the beach and parks. Take a look around your own neighborhood. You’ll be surprised at some spots you never thought of before that would be good for photos. Be aware of your local laws. Bikini shots are okay in most cities, but topless and nude may be restricted.

C. Backgrounds: Photos taken with muslin backgrounds (drop clothes) are fine. Make sure they are ironed, as wrinkled backdrops look horrible.

D. Themes: If the model has the necessary wardrobe, themes such as maid, nurse, school teacher, etc. are recommended.

E. Props: Props are great and recommended (I.E. chairs, stools, etc.)

F. Please Do: Our customers love full body shots, butt shots, upper body shots emphasizing the breasts, and close-ups of the face. Sometimes it’s hard to get amateur models to make good facial expressions but you have to convince them to have some fun with the camera. Role playing is good. Tell them to make believe they are a super model like Naomi Campbell. You’ll find some models are great at posing. They have natural talent and taking photos will be very easy. Others are damn hard to work with, as they don’t have a clue. I guess that's where you really earn your money!

Before you shoot - make sure you check ID!

FINAL CHECKLIST

Before you shoot any woman make sure you check her ID. All models must be at least 18 years of age at the time the photos are taken. I would advise you to implement a strict ID policy, because ultimately if you shoot photos of a minor, you will have to pay the penalty with either jail time or legal expenses. You have to get both the Birth Certificate and State Government Photo ID and make clear photocopies. The date of birth, name and photo must be clearly visible. I suggest you tell her, or take her to the nearest Kinko’s or color copy center. Color copies have the best resolution, but B&W is acceptable. It’s best to get copies made before the photo shoot. Some models are not professionals and they may promise you they’ll mail them to you later or some other story. Bottom line don’t do it. Because if we don’t have the documentation, you cannot get paid. Now we ask for State ID because there are lots of bogus photo ID’s floating around. We have no time for games. If she doesn’t have proper ID we suggest she go to the local Department of Motor Vehicles and get a non-drivers license ID. This is available in all 50 states.

Make sure your models general appearance, hair, and wardrobe look great. Sometimes they may have stains on their outfits from the club or previous shoots. Make sure you have them cut off all the little white clothing tags. They look terrible in photos. Make sure you check your model for severe body flaws like bad stretch marks, scars, etc. Something you may have missed in a pre-screening. We don’t want to reject photos for these reasons but we will. Ultimately make sure you protect yourself from the frustration of having to cancel a photo shoot because the model either doesn’t have the right paperwork or the right look. Good luck!!
